Uptime Monitoring | 99.99% Reliability Checks
Real-time monitoring for zero-downtime guarantees
Configure Checks View Network MapHow It Works
UptimePulse executes continuous synthetic transactions against your endpoints using a distributed architecture designed for sub-second failure detection.
Configurable Check Intervals
Set probe frequencies from 30 seconds to 60 minutes. Enterprise plans unlock 10-second polling for critical payment gateways, webhooks, and API endpoints.
Response Time Metrics
Track DNS resolution, TLS handshake, and Time to First Byte. We log p95 and p99 latency percentiles to help you optimize edge caching and CDN routing.
Intelligent Alert Routing
Trigger PagerDuty, Slack, or SMS notifications within 15 seconds of a failed health check. Configure escalation policies, runbook links, and maintenance windows directly from the dashboard.
Global Probe Network
Detect outages before your customers notice. Our 128 active monitoring agents span AWS us-east-1, GCP europe-west4, Azure australasia-east, and dedicated bare-metal servers in Tokyo, São Paulo, and Frankfurt.
Each probe operates independently with redundant uplinks and hardware-level failover. When a node reports latency above 200ms or returns a 5xx status, our correlation engine instantly verifies the incident from adjacent regions to eliminate false positives. You get granular visibility into regional performance degradation, certificate expiration timelines, and TLS compliance across every monitored asset.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if a monitoring node goes offline?
UptimePulse uses a quorum-based verification system. If a probe in Virginia detects downtime, two additional nodes in Oregon and London automatically run cross-validation checks. Alerts only fire when multiple regions confirm the incident, preventing false positives from transient network hiccups.
Can I monitor private endpoints behind a firewall?
Yes. Deploy our lightweight UptimePulse On-Prem Agent on your internal network. It securely tunnels health check results over TLS 1.3 to our cloud dashboard while keeping your internal IP addresses and traffic completely isolated.
How accurate are the monthly uptime reports?
Reports are calculated using ISO 20000-1 standards based on actual probe results. We exclude scheduled maintenance windows and provide raw CSV exports with timestamped HTTP status codes, response times, and SSL certificate fingerprints for full audit compliance.
Do you support custom response body validation?
Absolutely. Configure JSON path assertions, regex pattern matching, or exact string verification. If your API returns a 200 OK but the payload contains an error flag, UptimePulse will treat it as a failure and trigger your configured alert pipeline.
